Ocean View Tavern Bottle Shop Extension

JMB projects provided project management and construction services for the Ocean View Tavern bottle shop extension. Works included;

Planning and design documentation for Development Approval with Shire and Liqour Licensing
Extension of new bottle shop to enclose existing canopy including new foundations, brickwork, lighting, tilt doors and fit-out works

Chittering Dam Project

JMB provided consulting services to a private client for construction of a dam on an existing rural property. JMB Advisory provided the following services to assist the client with a cost estimate and tender;

Preliminary dam design and 3d model to clients brief
